Basic job duties...

• Confirming appointments
• In process vehicle customer updates - 3 time per week
• Greeting and receiving guest marking vehicle at drop off
• CSI follow up calls
• Manage ARMS (Automotive Rental Management System) for insurance paid rental vehicles
• Other administrative duties may be assigned by manager

Qualifications...

• Proficient at operating a personal computer including Microsoft Office:  E-mail, Excel and Word.
• Must have direct knowledge of CDK and have CCC ONE experience.
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
• Great attitude with high-energy personality.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a process driven environment.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record.
